Heat Treatment Capabilities:
Aging: We have two advanced aging furnaces designed for precise heat treatment processes. These furnaces ensure uniform heating and cooling, crucial for enhancing the strength and durability of aluminium alloys.
Solutionizing: Our solutionizing process involves heating alloys to high temperatures to dissolve solute elements into a solid solution, followed by rapid quenching. This process enhances the material's strength and hardness, making it suitable for demanding applications.
Annealing: Our annealing services involve heating the material to a specific temperature and then cooling it at a controlled rate. This process relieves internal stresses, improves ductility, and refines the microstructure of the material, making it easier to work with during subsequent manufacturing processes.

Melting Furnace and Casting
At Sudal Industries Ltd, our melting furnace and casting process form the backbone of our aluminium extrusion services. Utilizing advanced technology, our facility houses sophisticated equipment, including a Billet Hot Top casting shop, ensuring high-quality production.
Our Capabilities:
Melting Furnaces: Our facility is equipped with three casting furnaces with capacities of 8 MT, 6 MT and 4 MT, allowing us to handle a wide range of production volumes efficiently.
In-House Hot-Top Billet Advance Casting System: We have in-house Hot-Top Billet casting systems with rope & hydraulic drive separately for 8-inch, 7-inch, and 5-inch billets with respect to flawless casting speed as required for different grades of low/medium/harder strength alloys. This system ensures the production of high-quality billets essential for superior aluminium extrusion. Homogenizing
We incorporate a sophisticated homogenizing process for aluminum extrusion at our facility, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in our products.
Our facility is equipped with two advanced homogenizing furnaces, each with a capacity of 8 MT, capable of handling 8-inch, 7-inch, and 5-inch diameter logs. This capability is crucial for achieving the desired properties in the final extruded profiles. These furnaces can accommodate log lengths of 5.5 meters and 5.85 meters respectively, allowing us to efficiently meet a wide range of production requirements.
Draw Bench
At Sudal Industries, our advanced in-house draw bench division features a specialized Draw Bench-line. This division allows us to provide efficient production processes and bespoke solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. Our expertise extends to handling rods from 5 mm to 75 mm in diameter, ensuring we meet a wide range of industrial requirements with versatility and precision.
