Heat Treatment

Heat Treatment Capabilities:

Aging: We have two advanced aging furnaces designed for precise heat treatment processes. These furnaces ensure uniform heating and cooling, crucial for enhancing the strength and durability of aluminium alloys.

Solutionizing: Our solutionizing process involves heating alloys to high temperatures to dissolve solute elements into a solid solution, followed by rapid quenching. This process enhances the material's strength and hardness, making it suitable for demanding applications.

Annealing: Our annealing services involve heating the material to a specific temperature and then cooling it at a controlled rate. This process relieves internal stresses, improves ductility, and refines the microstructure of the material, making it easier to work with during subsequent manufacturing processes.

Advanced Die Manufacturing Machinery: Our tool room is equipped with the latest die manufacturing machinery, ensuring high-quality and precise die production to meet your specific requirements.

Cutting-Edge Design Software: We utilize industry-leading design software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to create detailed and accurate die designs. These tools enable us to optimize the design process and ensure superior quality in every die we produce.

World-Class Simulation Software: Our tool room is enhanced with Q-Form simulation software, a cutting-edge tool that allows us to simulate the die loading process. This ensures successful die loading with zero trials, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.

Homogenizing

We incorporate a sophisticated homogenizing process for aluminum extrusion at our facility, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in our products.

Our facility is equipped with two advanced homogenizing furnaces, each with a capacity of 8 MT, capable of handling 8-inch, 7-inch, and 5-inch diameter logs. This capability is crucial for achieving the desired properties in the final extruded profiles. These furnaces can accommodate log lengths of 5.5 meters and 5.85 meters respectively, allowing us to efficiently meet a wide range of production requirements.

Draw Bench

At Sudal Industries, our advanced in-house draw bench division features a specialized Draw Bench-line. This division allows us to provide efficient production processes and bespoke solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. Our expertise extends to handling rods from 5 mm to 75 mm in diameter, ensuring we meet a wide range of industrial requirements with versatility and precision.
