An ISO, IATF, EMS & OHSAS Certified Company, incorporated in 1979 with a project to manufacture sophisticated Aluminium Extrusions for a wide range of Industrial End Uses with an installed capacity of 9000 MT Per Annum, the company's plant located at A-5, M.I.D.C., Ambad Industrial Area, Mumbai-Nashik Highway, Nasik, which is located in Industrial Golden Triangle of India and it is easily accessible from all the major cities of the country.

The plant is equipped with sophisticated aluminium extrusion press-lines of 2100 MT by Schloemann Siemag, USA, 1650 MT by Fielding and Platt, UK, and 1450 MT and 900 MT by SPM, India, each with all the necessary allied equipment. Sudal has an in-house Hot-Top Billet casting system for 5-inch, 7-inch, and 8-inch billets. We have an integrated tool room equipped with all die manufacturing machinery and facilitated with design software like AutoCAD and SolidWorks. We also have world-class Q-Form simulation software for ensuring successful die loading with zero trials. Sudal has in-house draw bench division equipped with automatic Draw Bench-line having the Drawing and Reeling capacity from 5 mm to 75 mm dia rod .Our Quality Assurance Laboratory has been equipped fully with the latest spectrometers, profile projector, IDMS (Image Dimension Measuring System), and other testing equipment to enhance customer satisfaction.

We have more than 9000 dies of various extrusion profiles for different leading industrial users. In continuation, our R&D Team is putting efforts to add more alloys with respect to customer's designs and specifications. However at present, Sudal has crossed 40 varieties of Aluminium Extrusion Alloys and has been pioneer in Aerospace, Automobile, Power Grid, Textile, Transportation and Defense Sectors.
