The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our ERP system and company processes.

1. ERP System Management:
- Oversee and administer the Extrusion ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve issues promptly.
2. IT Support:
- Utilize 3+ years of IT support experience to address technical challenges and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
3. MS SQL Development and Administration:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of MS SQL development and administration to maintain database integrity and security.
- Execute SQL queries and scripts to extract relevant data for reporting purposes.
4. Departmental Coordination:
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their ERP-related needs and challenges.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination to streamline ERP processes across the organization.

• Managing daily production activities, achieving output targets, and ensuring smooth workflow from extrusion to dispatch.
• Supervising billet heating, die changing, press operation, cooling, stretching, and handling activities.
• Maintaining product quality standards related to dimensions, finish, and straightness while reducing rejection and rework.
• Supervising operators and shift manpower, conducting on-the-job training, and ensuring effective coordination across teams.
• Troubleshooting process, machine, and die-related issues to improve productivity and reduce breakdowns.
• Ensuring adherence to PPE, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and 5S practices across the shop floor.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and utilities
• Monitor and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime
• Coordinate with concerned departments for smooth machine operations
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and spare parts inventory
• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S, and maintenance procedures
